In a battle unfolding in a Kentucky courtroom, Lindsay Jackson, a woman who dressed her now 6-year old daughter in a Dolly Parton outfit with a padded bra and backside in a Toddlers & Tiaras episode (about junior beauty pageants) could lose custody of the girl.

A court-appointed psychologist is siding with the father, Bill Verst. The psychologist is recommending that both share temporary custody, with Bill Verst getting primary residential custody.
