CHINATOWN – August 13, 2012 (WPVI) — With the help of Philadelphia police and U.S. Marshals Service, Toronto police fugitive detectives arrested Kai-Guo Huang, 35, on charges of murder, conspiracy, and abuse of a corpse. The victim, Hoy Yang, was employed at a restaurant on North 10th Street in Philadelphia’s Chinatown where he was employed. In July of 1998, parts of a Yang’s body were found in the trash in Browns Mills, New Jersey.

Huang showed on law enforcement radar when Huang was arrested and released in Toronto, Canada on a DUI charge.
