(Reuters) – Adam Dean Laham, 23, a Kansas man was charged with felony child abuse. Laham is accused of leaving a loaded .32-caliber semiautomatic handgun unsecured where a 3-year-old Colorado boy found it and shot his 5-year-old brother in the chest. If convicted Laham faces up to 48 years in prison.
