A New York man claims in a lawsuit against a Texas fertility clinic that his ex-girlfriend used in-vitro fertilization to get pregnant with sperm from their used condoms. The plaintiff, telecommunications manager Joseph Pressil, tells the New York Post he learned about the scheme last February when he got a receipt for sperm cryopreservation in the mail. The suit PDF claims Pressil was listed as the patient on the receipt, though he never sought treatment for infertility, Click2Houston.com reports Pressil was paying $800 a month in child support for his twins when he learned of the alleged deception, the Post says. He now has joint custody. His suit alleges negligence, conversion, conspiracy and misappropriation. Pressil claims the former girlfriend, an exotic dancer, wanted to get pregnant in a bid to remain in his Texas home and get half his assets. ….
