IOWA: Dr. Henry Snead, 58, who practices in Waterloo and Mason City, was arrested in June 2007 and charged with domestic assault causing bodily injury. The alleged victim was his fiancée at the time, Dr. Letitia Libman. Snead later pleaded guilty to reduced charges of disorderly conduct and harassment.
The Iowa Supreme Court ruled in July 2011 that criminal cases decided in a defendant’s favor need not be scrubbed from the Internet. See here.
