Pfenning v. Lineman, No. 27S02-1006-CV-331, SUPREME COURT OF INDIANA, May 18, 2011, Decided, May 18, 2011, Filed. (Summary judgment was properly granted in favor of Def. golfer in a negligence action filed by an observer (Pl.) who was struck by a golf ball at a golf outing because the golfer’s conduct as a sports participant was within the range of ordinary behavior of participants in the sport and was therefore reasonable as a matter of law).
